Outbound OS provides an outbound sales operating system: sequences, campaigns, pipeline visibility, deliverability controls, and integrations with third-party tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You will use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and will not use it for spam, fraud, or to send unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam or privacy laws.

4. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the selected interval (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
